How can I block junk mail on Hotmail?
Firstly, checking junk mail folder the Outlook mail inbox.
Sign in https://outlook.live.com/. Choose Junk Mail.
Review email addresses and domain of the senders in junk mail and remove them.
Secondly, review emails in the outlook mailbox.
Let’s follow these instructions, check that whether or not you could add some domains or email addresses in the safe sender list.
1. Click Gear (setting) and choose Options.
2. Under the Junk email, choose Safe Senders and Blocked Senders.
3. Check domain or address of the senders whose emails are previously considered as junk mails and delete them.
