How do I get into my Hotmail/Outlook.com account if I don’t have the recovery phone or email anymore?
Go to www.outlook.com.
Click on Forgot my password.
Click Personal account.
Choose season you having trouble singing in. Then click Next.
Enter your Email or phone and Enter the characters you see. Then click Next.
Click I don't have any of these. Then click Next.
Enter an email address that's different from the one you're trying to recover. Then click Next.
You fill all information: First Name, Last Name, Birth date, Country/region where you created your account, City/Region... Then click Next.
Enter New password then click Next.
When Microsoft has been your information, you'll receive a notification. Click OK and you can Sign in with the new password.
Why do I have this hassle?
You have this hassle because your account may be hacked or theft. So your account may be blocked and you don't sign in it. You need to unblock and recover it. You must keep your recovery information. If you don’t keep your recovery information, you may not be able to prove that you’re the legitimate account owner.
Why I can't sign in my account now when I had recovered my account?
After you recover your account, Microsoft may be a delay, often 30 days. It’s another security measure designed to keep your account safe.
When you make a change to an account such as resetting its password or changing the recovery email or phone, Microsoft sends a notification to the old address.
If you are not in the process of making the change yourself, this delay gives you 30 days to tell Microsoft “It’s not me, it’s a hacker. Disallow the change”.
