Create a Signature in Hotmail (Outlook)

You could create a more professional and trustworthy image to your colleagues or business partners while becoming amiable to our friends with an email signature. With these following instructions, you could find it easy to have a signature in Hotmail.

  1. Login to your Hotmail account. Click the Gear (settings) icon and select Options.

  2. Go to "Layout": Click on "Email signature"

  3. Create a new signature in Hotmail(Outlook). You can personalize font, add image and hyperlinks to your Outlook email signature.


    You can tick box: “Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose” or “Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to”.

  4. Click ‘Save‘ and your signature will be attached to your emails automatically.
