Account login problems

I am attempting to login to my hotmail emails but am hitting a brick wall at every attempt. For some unknown reason the recovery telephone number you have recorded on your system ends ****88 and this has never been my mobile number.

Therefore I cannot receive a recovery code to sidestep the password that I have forgotten. I recently upgraded my mobile to iphone 5s and this is when the problem began where I could not access my emails.

The telephone help number I was given for Microsoft is 0800 0988592 appears to have a "full message" so this is yet another brick wall.

This is sent from another email address because I have no means of contacting you. My actual mobile number is 07971966***. Your help would be gratefully appriciated.
